Quince jelly anyone?

My roomate comes up to me one night and asks me if I have ever heard of quinces. My response being as charming as I can was no never heard of it. This led to a series of hunting down quince bushes picking them, chopping them up ( no small matter those are hard fruit!) and this is the last and final step. It's actually quite tasty.
