"Into The Lock" ...

...Earlier, we went for a walk just around the corner, I took my hat, it's best to do that when it's warm here, (yesterday I took an umbrella) and it appears we are going to have some hot days very soon..but, we'll still go for a walk, just around the corner..or maybe even a swim down at the Sandbar if it's too hot..

...Or, there is always the Wave Centre here run by the Council, an impressive place even to our grand daughters who come from the Gold Coast and was very popular they were here with us recently..but I'm not much of a water-baby - the Sandbar always sounds ok, even with bits of wood from the trees floating amongst the river water..!!

... And perhaps a snake or two..this time of the year - we've seen them - but it's still a popular place to go though, even one of our lovely neighbours asked us today if we were going to go down there tomorrow as they go there often..as well..
