Sunshine after rain

Another beautiful sky this morning.

Soundabout group today, great group in Thame, this is a lovely group, children really engaged and parents who really get what we are trying to do. Managed then to go in the office and actually do what I went in to do! I even managed to come home and sit for a bit.

E and R both had friends to play with while I taught and that wuss lovely though R gets so loud.

My lesson this eve was cancelled so I am going to go to bed in a moment, feel like I might have a cold coming.

Study today reminded me that if I stand in the gap, bring peace and bring glory to God I may face persecution. Again reminded of the blessing of living where I can speak truth without fear, and want to pray for those who do live in constant fear because they choose Jesus.

‘Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.’

We pray for those who today will be persecuted for their faith.
We ask for courage to follow their example and willingness to be known for what we believe.
