Old photos...

Soo I was looking through my old photos today and came across this one!! Similar to the weather outside, torrential rain but that time I was caught up in hurricane sandy that had turned into a tropical storm when it hit land at D.C. Still it didn't stop us sightseeing in the thunder and lightening...I swear it always rains in D.C. ....or do I just take the rain with me whenever I'm there??
