Glaucous Gull

Back to the Western Isles and almost the first bird I put my binoculars to was this bruiser on the beach at Baleshare. It has been there on and off all winter but I haven't managed to catch up with it before.
Whilst not a real rarity, it is always a good bird to find - a harbinger of cold winter days.
