tangerine in the east

Everything in the sky was back in balance today as rolls of tangerine fluff piled up in the east. Below, the sunrise was watery and there was no warmth or glory. I stayed up much of the night in the hope of auroras but to no avail. The stars were bright and the sky was peaceful.
