My Favorite

Taken in my favorite Smithsonian museum (okay, so maybe I haven't seen them all) - the National Portrait Gallery. It's also in the same building as the Smithsonian American Art Museum which was a nice bonus.

The building is the Patent Office Building, built in 1836... it has porticoes modeled after the Parthenon in Athens. It also housed Lincoln's second inaugural ball. Pretty great, right?
