Shepherd's warning

This was the view out my office window when I got up to make a cuppa this morning -pretty!
Longest first week back - I am glad its the weekend.
Heading out with a few of the derby girls to some off skates training. Apparently will strengthen my core - we will see! I'm not good at exercise. Just time for this quick blip first because I plan on drinking wine later!!
