Today was my interview in Wales for a position with Welsh Water to be a Catchment Scientist. Very relevant to my degree and definitely something I could see myself doing as a career.
Long journey in the rain up to Chester and along the Welsh coastline to Dinas. Two interviews right by the sea. This I love. The interview was significantly more difficult that Monday's. Some really specific questions were asked as well as discussion about competitive water companies. Hopefully I blagged my way through ok. They seemed to like my report and presentation and they had read through of my post-graduate dissertation which I think should be a good thing. Should hear back early next week.
Drive home in the horrible conditions. Forgot to take my camera today so today's blip is of my homemade woolen flowers, a birthday present from Fletch last year which have been lived next to my bed ever since.
