The Last of the 'Just in Case' Mince Pies

In December, my mum panic buys mince pies 'just in case' we have surprise visitors. To be frank, the only way we'd have visitors is if I abducted the postman.... so mince pies are stockpiled and eventually we get through them. A tough call I know.
