Its all got a bit wet

Took some stuff down to the parents in Marlow for storage today (good thing they don't actually need their garage for storing cars!) and we went for a wander down to the Thames to see how high it had got. VERY high - burst its banks and a lot of properties flooded.

The fire brigade were helping home owners pump water out of some houses, but there wasn't a lot they good do for others. Let's hope water levels drop soon.

These swans were enjoying a paddle in the park. Impossible to see where the river ends and the flooded tow path and field start.
