A little cheating

It feels a little bit of a cheat to blip a photograph of someone else's far superior photography but I was thrilled when my first copy of this magazine was delivered today. I received a subscription to Selvedge as a Christmas present. This article is about Whitchurch Silk Mill, local to me it has been weaving silk for more than two hundred years. Today the mill is owned by a preservation trust, it still weaves silk mostly for use in the restoration of historic buildings and for costumes worn in historic dramas.
