Neatly Placed.

On my way home from afternoon cinema (slightly decadent - saw the Ben Stiller film about Walter Mitty) and came across this. If you look in the distance you can see the traffic island where it should be standing upright. Someone has carefully picked it up and placed it between a parking meter and pole of a road sign. A little bit of OCD tidying up I think.
