We went to the Fire station open day back in September and Jon's uncle had put our name down for a free home fire check. I had forgotten all about it but someone called last night to say they would come tonight.

Alfie was delighted and decided to dress for the occasion. I had told him that it would probably just be a car that turned up, obviously not a fire engine....or so I thought!

Can you imagine his wee face when a fire engine pulled up outside out house and two firemen came to the door.... And then popped on their lights and a wee sneaky bit of a siren for him, so lovely of them x


The neighbours curtains were twitching lol x
