returning home after an afternoon in search of a dental phobe friendly dentist we saw 3 letters writ in the heavens.....by the time i found a place to park and took the pic they were not as clear, but S C T  - what can it mean?

(apparently if you want a tooth out under sedation in Dorset you have to wait a while....but seven months!  A&E is looking good to me right now.)
