Lunch Date

I had a nice lunch out with an old friend today. We hadn't seen each other in a long time, so it was wonderful to catch up.

Once again, Mr. W is back in Florida -- this time in West Palm Beach for the second race of the season, so I took the opportunity of having "dinner" for lunch today, as I rarely bother cooking if I'm only feeding myself.

So, here we have a delicious salad composed of pear slices, walnuts, dried cranberries, organic field greens, and grilled chicken with a creamy gorgonzola dressing. All washed down with a nice chilled glass of Pinot Grigio. Perfect!
