January Challenge: Day 10 .....

What's for dinner?

Okay, calm down!  This is NOT what I had for supper.

Even though I took this photo early this morning, Anniemay still beat me to the punch of posting!  I guess great minds think alike!

So what did I have for supper? I tried a new recipe for a roasted pork loin with sauteed onions and apples with a cream sauce.  And if I don't say so myself, it was absolutely delicious! The cream sauce was made with heavy cream, Dijon mustard and horseradish..... so good!

By posting this squirrel today it qualifies for Kevin's squirrel blip Friday.
