Knitting at the Coffee Shop

Most Tuesday evenings, I meet up with a friend at the local coffee shop. It's open mic night so we sit in the very back corner to watch (and judge). Tonight, there was a wide assortment of performances from keyboard electronica, to Hawaiian ukulele music, to spoken word poetry about sexual escapades (um, that one was sort of AWKWARD).

Got to love the randoms that ask you what's the point of knitting a pair of socks when you can go to the store to buy some for a buck. Sigh. It's a lost art, man.

Oh well. We still have a great time.
