Double parking

The Niçoise ... The good residents of Nice... are Olympic double-parkers, but this driver took it to a new level parking at an intersection between two crosswalks across the intersection... I had to stop and take a picture. Unbelievable. I thought a pedestrian had been run over... Or some sort of accident.
