When the Boat Comes In...

After a lazy morning relaxing at Charteris Bay, we decided to head round Diamond Harbour to take in the views from the Stoddard's Point Reserve, above the jetty for the Lyttelton-Diamond Harbour Ferry.

I took this shot as the ferry approached its destination from the cliffs above, whilst also watching the fisherman below.

As you can see if you go large, the harbour also was populated by quite a few yachts too, taking advantage of the refreshing sea breeze.
