Rain Rain Rain

They're saying we got an average of 17 inches within 24 hours...crazy!
And this is supposed to be our dry season.
I've never seen rain like this even during a hurricane.

This photo is obviously not the best quality...took it out the car window as Jill drove by...but it shows a large local shopping center closed off because of the flooding.
Everywhere you went there were cars stuck on the sides of the road or parked in medians. My friend's car got flooded just sitting in the apartment parking lot, we're so lucky the house is on higher ground.
