Saboten

Once in a while it's nice to indulge in some Japanese tonkatsu dinner to end a gruelling day in the salt mines.

This being our first to Saboten proved to be not a disappointment at all. Gorging on their breaded pork specialties cooked to perfection was a gastronomic delight. As we've been trying out various ramen places in Manila, this was a break from our usual food fare.

We're definitely coming back for more.
