Bad parking job

Whilst walking up Bravo Murillo after my last class yesterday evening i noticed a large group of people all standing staring at something. In order not to go against the monkey see monkey do mentality i sauntered over to see what was going on. This blip is what they were all looking at. The driver wasn´t harmed and was talking with the police. Some one has a lot of explaining to do to his cab company.
