Didn't really make the most of the free time

Communication skils was fun tho - if a little terrifying!

Apparently I come across calm, genuine, honest and "centred"... and total bonus I knew what was up in the case scenario I was given, which made things a bit easier.

Kempo was good fun, if a little painful - with our Sensei demonstrating the effectiveness of accuracy with strikes on me... I was flailing around the room like a loon :o)
