The Patient...

shows off his operation scars! Three incisions. I haven't looked under the dressing yet.

The patient was very sleepy all evening and then until about 1am, when he started to cry. I had his bed next to me in my bedroom. After 45 mins of crying he decided he would be OK if he could come up on my bed for a cuddle, so that's what we did! He seems to be OK getting up on the bed but winces when he jumps off. The sofa is low enough to step on and off. He seems in fine form today, has had 2 walks on the lead and his usual meals, guess he's OK!

Not fitted the Cone of Shame yet - so far if he has licked his woulds I've told him to stop and he has straight away. Fingers crossed.

Took Molly out for a big run in the park to wear her out so she doesn't aggravate Merlin and met loads of Labradors. I now have one very muddy Labrador and a full washing basket.
