Exercise

As part of my training/rehabilitation of my dodgy knee, I am trying to mix up what exercise I do to build up strength as well as stamina. So today I:

- went to my first ever yoga class. I liked it even if I wasn't quite understanding everything I was supposed to be doing!
- did a quick 30 minute swim, trying to build up my front crawl more
- went on a 3 hour walk where this photo was taken.

Our walk was round the common near our house. It's a tiny but flooded at the moment following all the bad weather we have been having. Beautiful day for it, almost could forget it was January!

Going to have some well earned beetroot risotto now for dinner, yum!
