Judo Course #N

I visited Karhula today, to complete a mandatory judo course. During this weekend, we have a total of six hours of training plus four hours of theory lessons.

The course started from very basics. In this picture, the students are learning the correct way to walk like crayfishes. This technique is taught to all junior basic course judokas in the beginning of their course!
