A new dawn, a new day

Lovely early morning sunshine today, I woke early...sods law isn't it when you don't have to. The upside was I had a quiet cuppa and read my book before the sun rose and little guy woke.

Had some lovely me time at the gym, cycled 5k and walked 5k up a hill( well on a machine!) then some other bits. Felt good coming out but soon felt annoyed by the idiots on the roads today, I'm sure they were all out, one muppet decided to do a 3 point turn at the end of Dixon street junction with triton road....the mind boggled.

Had a lovely afternoon playing lego trains and planes with the boy, spoke to Mum and John on Skype in Portugal.

Now sat watching Ice Age with the boys and will mostly be on the sofa tonight!
