This is where one of the local sailing clubs sails - Frankley Reservoir on the outskirts of Birmingham. On a day like today it is particularly photogenic although the sailing didn't look very exciting.

We stopped to blip on the way back from the cinema where we had been to see "The Railway Man". We found the film totally absorbing and a fitting reminder that total forgiveness does not necessitate forgetting what has happened. The interesting thing is that in this case forgiveness did lead to a relationship whereas if you have read "The Shack" you will know that forgiving someone does not mean you have to form a relationship with them.

When you have been hurt by someone reaching the point of forgiveness takes time. It's the time in between the deed and the ability to forgive that causes so much pain.
