Nice relaxing Saturday. Swimming in the morning with Arlo before we met up with some friends for some Toby carvery (my first experience, full to the brim in a most satisfying manner) and then a stroll along the freezing, jam packed promenade at Cramond.

Nils Frahm was on 6music this morning, mighty fine as ever. His brief appearance was followed up some top class Bjork.
