My Favourite Meal Of The Week :-)

For about as long as I can remember, Saturday night is steak night. My favourite!

Usually it's accompanied by a nice bottle of red, but we're trying to be good at the moment, besides we had far too much wine last night! Plus I have to drive up to Birmingham early tomorrow morning so best keep a clear head.
