Why not sparkle?

Today Lauren came from Nimule to visit us in Kajo Keji. What a dear and precious heart she is. A real free friend for sure -- the kind you can be completely free, honest, and real with. SUCH a gift to have one of those on this side of the world. SUCH a gift to have those anywhere!

It wasn't an hour after she arrived that she, Agnes, and I were painting nails and chatting. Mostly Lauren and I chatting, but definitely all of us painting nails. I've never been much of an excessive sparkle girl, but I definitely love it in small doses. And hey, you only live once, so why not sparkle? It adds a little extra fun. And sometimes that's really needed.
