Americans are back :-)

Well the KB cardio this morning and god it was hard. But then found out this aft the Americans are over for the shutdown been lovely to go on a trip out with him but not so much about hearing about all the things on the site. I miss that refinery as bizarre as it is I've grown up there since being a toddler second home, my old safe place.

But nice to go out cold but not windy and the sunset was perfect.

Oh and the American had his sherif boots on not to disappoint
