Brave Young Men

I have lived in Cheshire all my life, apart from some time in Australia. Thought I new Nantwich well but discovered this memorial when walking around the lake today. Walk there often but parked at the top car park today the town end hence my discovery. Was quite taken with it right by the lake and just out side someones back garden. How young these pilots were and must have been so mature for their age. The words that you can't see on the photo say that he crashed to save the town.
