Abundance in Blue Jays

I had my choice of blue jay blips today. I didn't really want one. I would've preferred a cardinal that's for sure. But one chance was totally out of focus. So, I watched the blue jays devour lots of peanut spilts jamming them in their gullet and then flying off to hoard them for a day when food is scarce. Today's choice is a juvenile who was a bit skittish to join in with the others and decided to watch from afar. I'm sure that after all the older brothers left, he got a few morsels for himself.
