Breakfast
Poppy is in a study through the local University looking at how babies eat, iron levels, coronation and weight.
For the study I wasn't allowed to give her any solid food until she reached six months, and then I am recommended to give her normal types of food that we eat and eat it as a family so Poppy can feed herself and watch and learn to eat. No mush for her…I give her things like cheese, toast with humus, oranges, strawberries (which she loves) steak, chicken, eggs, anything
She has been on solids for just under a month now and I'm so surprised how easy it is…no boiling up mush, no having to prepare something before we go out…she just eats what we eat so easy
