History around town.....

The small town where my dad lives is a very historic New Zealand place .....

I will show more of it on other blips but today I wandered around the grounds of the lovely old church.....this is actually the OLDEST church in NZ.
Built of beautiful Kauri wood and featuring original bullet holes from days of the 'musket' guns being fired in the battles of the early settlers.!
