Yarra Valley

Today I went on a winery tour of the Yarra Valley with my mum and sister. It was a perfect day for it and 4 wineries, 1 brewery and 1 chocolaterie later I had many incredible blip candidates, a ridiculously full stomach and a bit of a buzz! After 5 weeks overseas it was great to spend a day with my family catching up, drinking good wine and eating delicious food. I most definitely made the most of my last day of indulgence and am now feeling very motivated and prepared to start my health kick tomorrow!
