Summer is here!

A beautiful morning - I was OUT by 8.30am to get milk and cash for the log man. I made American style fluffy pancakes for breakfast while MrRoly eyed the newly dumped mountain pile of logs on the drive then escaped to swimming lessons.

As we left Ships & Castles, we spotted one of the RFA ships heading into the Carrick Roads. We just had to go round to the headland to watch her leave then. The sea looked like a mill pond and Gylly was already busy!

The children decided it was to be a gardening day so the afternoon was spent staking logs, raking up leaves and cutting down brambles before I escaped to a 5the birthday party with Red. Great.

Fish and chips for tea then Gin Club. I've earned it.
