Such a lovely day today. It didn't start off too well - In an effort to make pancakes I cracked the only egg into the pan with my apples and raisins (which I was stewing to put in with the pancakes!) so pancakes were consequently off the menu. Then it was time for ballet. Amelie reluctantly went into class and proceeded to do nothing...here we go again, I thought but after five minutes she was joining in with everything and she ended up having a really good class. We came home for bacon rolls and chocolate cookies and a bit of a tidy up. Early afternoon we decided to head out for a walk. Amelie took her balance bike after Chris moved the seat up. We had a really nice leisurely walk and stopped at the pub for a quick drink. We sat outside and Amelie played in their park. All too soon it was time to head back and make dinner. On the way home we waved to trains on the bridge, and managed to get all of them to toot us! Amelie was pleased! After bolognaise for tea we put them to bed and watched some tv and I sewed an appliqué A onto a tshirt for Amelie. Hope she likes it!
