Signs of SPRING

This is the first time in the 9 years that I have been living in Germany ( come from South Africa ) that I have experienced such a * warm * winter….January so far has been amazing….the other day while out I noticed the the shrubs in our garden are all sprouting little buds…These buds I only notice the beginning of Spring as the temps warm up!!!
I had to go out today and capture them….Will compare next year on this date.

Today we have a couple arriving from South Africa. They will find it very cold here as they coming from their Summer where temps have been 40 degrees on some days.
Hubby has spent the whole weekend preparing for their visit….* that's the way he rolls :)) *
So later we off to Frankfurt airport to collect them.
Otherwise is a lovely day with a BLUE sky!!
