Long run

Today was long run day for my London Marathon training.
The miles pass by faster with friends so me and Kirsty had tagged on to a run from Todholes car park at Carron Valley over to Kippen which was approx 10 miles but I needed 12 so a wee detour via Elspeths grannies bench was added on, plus we ran up and down the street till our watches said 12 (OCD)

The plaque says "Moira campbell, the Kippen lady with the pink watering can handbag" so even if you didn't know grannies name you would remember seeing her. Grannies bench was a bit frosty frozen but we sat and posed anyway then ran the last half mile down to the Cross Keys Inn for food.

Dogs are shattered well the girls are, they struggled last 3 miles, Finn would just keep on running he's amazing.
