Busy out and about on a ringing morning, Stepney, Foster Lane, and Waterloo, where this peal board records a magic event. A silent peal sounds like a contradiction in terms doesn't it. It just means that the bobs weren't called, everyone had to conduct himself, an exercise in Zen if ever I heard of one.
