....Charlie Eric!!

The newest edition to our wonderful family! My brothers 5th offspring came into our lives after a long labour!

Most of Friday we were on tenterhooks waiting for news of his arrival, but it wasn't to be. So, today it was...and what a waiting game! Sweepstakes on the time he would arrive! I wanted 12.34....cos then 5 would arrive!

He eventually showed his gorgeous face at 1.23pm. And we love his name, Charlie, the nickname my dad used to call Alex, and Eric, my dad's name.

A very special and emotional day!

In between labour updates, I made my first batch of sausages! Pork and leek! They look the part!

A nice walk in the afto, and then off out to celebrate Claire's 40th in town! A great night and even more interesting me being sober!
