A weekend of mixed emotions

After awful news earlier this week Saturday was a pretty emotional day ..... Sunday by contrast was an opportunity to blow the cob webs away. Morning ride into the muddy woods with a crisp layer of ice on everything. This was followed by coffee and bacon sarnies, time spent with Isla, a roast dinner and taking the kids swimming. Family, friends and freedom to get outside are what make my weekends special.
