Wagamama tea

Bruce cooked us dinner tonight. A light sauce made up of kaffir lime leaves, lemon grass, galangal, turmeric, paprika, fennel seeds, Thai curry paste, chillies and coconut milk, on a bed of noodles and beans ports topped with grilled chicken, spring onions, coriander and cucumber

I think this should be a regular Sunday night event now
