In Time And Space

As this is the first photograph of my story, I opted for a fairly familiar view.

There is no doubt about it, the 'Graslei' is one of the most photographed places in Ghent. Whether you visit this part of the city during spring, summer, autumn or winter, every season is able to create a different, yet very warm atmosphere. The amount of students gathering around the 'Leie' is directly proportional to the temperature, meaning that a hot summer's day will result in a rather crowded 'Graslei'. I, on the other hand, prefer more serene circumstances.
