Headless Gravestone

I was in town today (Aberdeen) and took a short cut through the Kirk of St Nicholas grounds and graveyard. It's VERY old graves, and I assume from the very well to do of old Aberdeen. Some of them are really massive and extravagant. This one always gives me the creeps as it's got it's head missing.

I wished I hadn't gone this short cut, I had a whole afternoon of questions about death, being buried, eaten by beasties & what kind of box you go in from Kory (4) - might have been easier to go the long way!
