Sunday Run Day

This afternoon Marie talked me into going for a run. I've not laced up my Brooks in several months. But the weather was gorgeous and Marie was persuasive.

We logged 8k, although I only ran most of the first 5. Then the pain kicked in from just about every joint in my body and the final 3 were walk-jog-walk-limp. Still, it was great to hit the trails and spend quality time with my girl. This evening we cooked dinner together then watched a movie.
