Georgian Cheese Bread

I helped my friend Mette out a few weeks ago so she made me a delicious dinner as a thank you. She discovered Georgian food on a visit to Moscow so prepared this traditional loaf and a lamb and vegetable stew. The loaf is filled with an eggy yoghurt mixture and the dough is buttery so it's like a big tasty quiche pie. Apparently no feast is complete without one!
